We cater to both small and large groups, from backyard pig roasts to full service plated functions we have you covered.  Bring the BBQ to you with our smoking trailer, affectionately called "The Beast", that can cook for up to 1000 people.  Our chef, Pat Riggins, comes with well over a decade of banquet experience and is happy to sit down with you to discuss your next event!
